Before she even graduated from Rutgers, Mercedes already had been selected to work for CBS Records International in New York for her great analytical and reasoning prowess observed by her managers during her previous internship at the company. Upon her departure, she was awarded a Gold Record by her management team, something never done before or since in appreciation for her tireless dedication and service.
Since 1988, she’s served as Chief Financial Officer of the Padron Group of Companies and has been the lead accountant at Padron & Associates, Inc. since 2004, and at Dieppa, Padron & Assoictes, CPA, LLC. since 2006.
